DATA MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE
To be
considered for this position you must submit a completed Pierce Transit
application and supplemental questionnaire.
The questions on this supplemental questionnaire are designed to
demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications and help the Human
Resources Department determine the most competitive applicants.
1. Describe your experience in performing
complex data analysis. Please include information regarding your own role in
these activities, the volume of data, the type of data, and titles of persons
you worked with in performing your duties, and the results of your efforts.
2. Describe your experience in developing and
maintaining spreadsheets and other analytical tools. What is your approach in gathering the
information, designing the documents, and evaluating the data you receive? What verification methods do you use to
assure accuracy? Indicate the software
used in the preparation of documents.
3. Describe your experience in working
collaboratively with others in obtaining timely data and preparing reports. Please give a specific example of success you
have had.
